1) Prepare Detailed Business Case (DBC).	DBC Template - PWC template - MINSUB/CABSUB template Documents - Siting Boards - Environmental Clearances Required project approval process	Draft DBC and other documents ready for approval.
2) Prepare DISC Agendum Paper for projects >$4.5M (exGST) Please note: a) refer to the DISC site within the IM which will provide policy on: The process to be followed; and The DISC Agendum Template. b) Agendum Paper is to be provided 5 working days prior to each DISC meeting – DBC Project time line should reflect this.
3) Prepare draft PWC statement of evidence and referral if required.
4) Prepare draft MINSUB/CABSUB if required.
