1) Conduct the start up meeting with the relevant stakeholders. This meeting is conducted jointly by the IAD Project staff and the consultant(s) and is required to confirm the project parameters with the stakeholders. |

- Directorate of Estate Services and Technical Regulation (DESTR)
- DSG Regional Office Staff, including
- Regional Senior Environmental Advisor
- Regional Environmental Officer
- Regional Resource and Governance Manager
- Regional Energy Services Manager
- Base Commander
- Estate Planning (DLPSI)
- ISD
- Technical Authority – the relevant authority becomes a stakeholder when the scope of the services requires relevant expert consideration. As an example the following could be considered as Technical Authority areas:
- Joint Fuels and Lubricants Agency,
- Director Training Area Management,
- Joint Logistic Organisation,
- Defence Security Agency, and
- GTE
- EHR
