Create project in DEMS ID and ROMAN

Manage finances and cash flows:

• Phasings (by month and year - entered into DEMS ID)
• Review progress against phasings
• Produce monthly actual vs phasings reports (explanation of variations and adjustments to phasings)
• Input into Annual Report
• Portfolio budget statement (April) and additional estimates (November)
• Asset roll out
• Close project in ROMAN and DEMS ID

Project Reporting:

• Senate Legislative Committee Briefs (Senate Estimates) - CPA site
• Monthly major project summaries (Dep Sec and Defence Committees)
• Monthly events of significance report (To Minister's Office)
• CSIG Quarterly report (DISC) -
• DMO Monthly Report
• Question Time/Hot Issues Brief
• Respond to Ministerial Representations
