1) Defence Project Team finalises preparations for transfer of the site	Preparations to be considered in CSIR/SBC/DBC stage Necessary Security clearances - as required Security corridor for access to the site (Traffic access plan) Base Induction for project staff (base hazards/OHS) (where appropriate) Develop appropriate management plans (traffic, environment) Preparation of method of works plan with base operations\sponsor (where appropriate) Specific issues relating to: All sites: Delinated boundaries Access to the services (metering) Partial occupation OH&S Noise Security Trespass	Contractor is able to mobilise to the site and commence works
2) Defence Project Team confirms the environmental management plan and construction management plan are compliant with the ECC	Ensure that the ECC has been granted
3) Project Consultant issues site access letter to construction contractor	Nominate contractor as principal contractor for OHS
4) Defence Project Team arranges for general notice to base personnel that contractor has site access and is shortly commencing work	Advise Base Services Manager, Regional Planning Liaison Officer, Base Commander
