to inform selection of the optimum solution. These factors
could include economic considerations, commercial estate
market factors, estate planning and management, regional
and local planning, personnel issues, logistic support
and commercial support. The Cost/Benefit study is to include
assessment of the following issues:
- environmental
impact and consequences;
- recurrent and operational
expenditure life cycle cost analysis;
- net Present Value;
- maintenance costs;
- net Personnel and Operating
Costs;
- infrastructure and utilities
requirements and availability;
- project duration influences
(eg. industrial relations, environment etc.); and
- siting options.
- Prepare
user-briefs and ensure these user-briefs are consistent
