1) RPO fills in Siting Recommendation Minute Template and sends Minute, initialled Site Selection Process Checklist and supporting documentation to the RM.

The Minute includes the recommendation for the site and any conditions pertaining to the site and has the Site Selection Process Checklist attached.

Supporting documentation to include:

• Site Selection Process Checklist
• Site Selection Brief
• Considerations Matrix
• Minutes of the SSB and signatures ratifying recommendation (only if a SSB was convened).
• Scaled Map of recommended site option

Regional Director receives Siting Recommendation Minute, Site Selection Process Checklist and all supporting documentation.
