1) SSB Chair or Defence Project Officer completes the Siting Recommendation Minute Template and forwards it plus the supporting documentation to ASEP for delegate approval.

Supporting documentation to include:

• Site Selection Process Checklist
• Site Selection Brief
• Considerations Matrix
• Site Selection Board (SSB) Report
• SSB Members' signatures ratifying the endorsed recommendation on the SSB Report
• Scaled Map of recommended site option

The Minute includes the recommendation for the site and any imposed conditions (from subject matter experts /Considerations Matrix) pertaining to the site and has the Site Selection Process Checklist attached.

ASEP receives Siting Recommendation Minute, Site Selection Process Checklist and all supporting documentation in a tabbed folder.
