PLEASE NOTE the Head of Infrastructure has approved a change to the Approval Authority for the site selection process.
  The Assistant Secretary Estate Planning (ASEP) replaces DGIAD as the approval authority through out the site selection process.
The Site Selection process is currently under review  to reflect this change to the approval authority, as well as a number of other matters. 
The current site selection process is to be followed with ASEP as the approval authority in the interim.
