Phase 1 of the project has delivered a total of 1,395 residential units, and associated ongoing accommodation management services, to Holsworthy Barracks (Sydney), Gallipoli Barracks (Enoggera, Queensland), and RAAF Base Amberley (Ipswich, Queensland) under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement with Plenary Living Pty Ltd.

The Directorate of compliance and governance in the Defence Support Group is now responsible for the ongoing management of Single LEAP Phase 1, including management of the PPP contract to ensure that the services being delivered meet agreed time, cost, quantity and quality standards.
