Application Details:ADHREC’s requirements for protocol submissions as of 22 March 2010: All researchers are to provide an electronic and hard copy of protocol submissions as per the instructions below: Electronic copy One PDF is to contain the entire submission, all attachments, and signed documentation. If the PDF is too large to email, it is to be sent to ADHREC on disk, or DRMS if that option is available. ADHREC’s email address is: ADHREC@defence.gov.au Hard copy A hard copy, correctly signed, four hole punched, flagged and annotated, is to be sent for inclusion in the Master copy of the ADHREC Agenda package for the appropriate meeting.
