Defence Health FoundationThe Defence Health Foundation is a new foundation established for the purposes of funding medical research designed to benefit serving and ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Forces and their immediate families. Funding comes from the parent company, Defence Health Pty Ltd, which is a not-for-profit restricted private health insurer for the Defence community. Applications from eligible medical researchers to apply for Foundation research grants for 2010-11 are now open.
