Congratulations
On behalf of the Defence Health Service, the editorial committee of ADF Health sends sincere congratulations to
Assistant Editor Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Rosenfeld, RAAMC, who was recently appointed Victorian of
the Year for 2001.
This is a very timely acknowledgment by the State of Victoria of Colonel Rosenfeld's many fine accomplishments
within the realms of neurosurgery and duty to the Nation, both within the DHS and as State Commissioner in the
Order of St John's Ambulance.
