Directorate of Occupational Psychology & Health Analysis

Psychological support to operations does not end once screening interviews are completed and support to individual members has been provided. Feedback from this process is provided in real-time to commanders to assist them in managing their unit or ship post-deployment.

The information gathered as part of this provision of psychological support is also sent back to Canberra, to the Directorate of Occupational Psychology & Health Analysis (DOP&HA).

DOP&HA routinely monitors and reports the impact of missions on the mental health of deployed ADF personnel.
