Currently CDF has authorised higher level Employer Support Payments to employers of medical, dental, nursing or allied health officers, who are within specified health disciplines, undertaking various forms of Defence service. Self employed medical, dental, nursing or allied health officers (within the same disciplines) are also entitled to these payments. A new Approval applies to service after 31 May 2006. The previous Approval, with different scope and conditions, applies to service before 1 June 2006.
