Through scenario based training, participants will develop an understanding of depression, anxiety, psychosis, conversion symptoms, operational stress and aggressive presentations. There will be a focus on stabilisation for the purposes of quick recuperation or evacuation, as well as the most expedient and effective interventions, including pharmacological. Deployment specific factors in determining management strategies will be highlighted. Traumatic Stress Syndromes (TSS)The TSS course is made up of two modules that are taught over 10 days. Module one is three days and Module two is seven days. Participants must complete Module one to be able to attend Module two.
