As a graduate you will get optimum exposure to a variety of engineering opportunities through both on-the-job and off-the-job training. Our specialist training courses have been designed to develop your functional competencies and deepen your engineering knowledge. Our general training courses have been designed to develop your core competency skills and encourage greater efficiencies when you’re working in an office environment.
Our Program is recognised by Engineers Australia, and is structured to help graduates achieve appropriate levels of professional competency, for recognition toward Chartered Status. Chartered Status is a professional credential recognised by government, business and the general public worldwide. We will continue to fund your membership with EA or other appropriate professional body while ever you meet the requirements of Navy and are working towards or maintaining Chartered Status.
