Requests for Recruitment Records
If you are a third party seeking access to a recruitment file on behalf of a recruitment applicant, please contact the Defence Force Recruiting Centre the person applied through initially, or call 13 19 01.
If you are a third party requesting a recruitment file on behalf of a current member (Permanent or Reservist) please note that the member themselves should do so administratively in the first instance.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, or if you do not receive a decision within 30 days of making your request, you may then seek access under the FOI Act.
