The Capital Facilities and Infrastructure (CFI) Branch is responsible for the development, approval and delivery of major and medium works identified
in the capital works program, including the carriage of Major Works through the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works (PWC) process.
The Capability Life Cycle (CLC) is the core business process of Defence and is critical in enabling Defence to perform its primary role of defending Australia and contributing to the protection of its national interests. The Capability Life Cycle is owned by the Secretary and CDF on behalf of the Commonwealth.
The Construction Project Process aligns with the CLC and the approved CLC Process Flows.
