Water Use Survey

This Water Use Survey has been designed as part of the Bandiana Military Area Environmental Investigation to collect information about water supply and use on properties around the base.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you do not have to provide an answer to each question if you choose not to.

This information is being collected by Golder Associates on behalf of the Department of Defence.

Your response will inform Defence’s investigation of the environmental conditions in the Bandiana Military Area investigation area. Supply of this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide this information, Defence will not be able to take into account your specific circumstances.
