ADFHEAS Officer Pathways

The Australian Defence Force Higher Education Advance Standing Scheme (ADFHEAS Scheme) is a initiative allowing Defence Force Members to use their education and training gained in Defence as "Advanced Standing" or "credit" towards specific university-awarded qualifications.

Partner/Universities

Currently 23 universities have agreed to give "advanced standing" towards a number of their awards for defined Defence education and training for Officers.
A number of other universities across Australia have indicated their intention to participate in the ADFHEAS Scheme.

 

The amount of advanced standing given does vary from university, and from award to award.
