Information Guide
Your best source of help is always going to be your personnel administration centre (eg, orderly room, military personnel administration centre (MPAC), unit admin, shopfront etc). These people have specialist knowledge on matters concerning pay and financial conditions of service. If you don’t know how to contact your personnel administration centre, then ask your supervisor for advice.
If you wish to find out something before you approach your administration staff, or just browse the subject of interest, the links below should provide you with all the answers.
Dispute Resolution
Have you received a decision that you are not happy with? There are alternative means of dispute resolution available to you. Members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) have available a number of formal and informal mechanisms to address complaints. In the first instance, members should seek resolution of any complaint at the lowest possible level through normal command channels and administrative arrangements (extract from Defence Instruction (General) Personnel 34-1).
The links below may help you find the easiest way of solving the problem.
