The ADF Remuneration Arrangements

Workplace Remuneration Arrangement (WRA) 2006-2009 and Star Rank Remuneration Arrangement (SRRA) 2006-2009

 

WRA applies to all ADF members of the permanent and reserve forces up to and including the rank of Colonel (equivalent).  The SRRA applies to all Brigadier (equivalent) and Major General (equivalent).

 

·         Total increases of 12.6% over arrangement life, delivered by 4 instalments:

o       5 Feb 09 – 2.8% [PDF 57KB]

o       9 Aug 07 – 2.8%  [PDF 57KB]

o       16 Nov 06 – 4.2% [PDF 255KB]

·         No trade off of conditions of service

·         Applies to salary and salary related allowances only.

 

Proposed WRA 2009-2011

o       12 Nov 09 – 3.5%
