Workplace Remuneration Arrangement 2009-2011

The ADF Workplace Remuneration Arrangement (WRA) is the means by which ADF members receive across-the-board pay rises over a specified period in return for improvements in productivity and efficiency.

 

The WRA applies to all ADF members of the permanent and reserve forces up to and including the rank of Colonel (equivalent).

 

·         Two year arrangement (4 Nov 09 – 3 Nov 11)

·         Total increases of 6.2% (or 3.1% per annum), delivered by 2 instalments:

o       12 Nov 09 – 3.5%

o       11 Nov 10 – 2.7%

·         No trade off of conditions of service

·         Applies to salary and salary related allowances only.
