WRA – What you may be paid
The WRA will provide total increases of 6.2% (average 3.1% per year) over the life of the arrangement. The increases will be paid by two instalments as follows: 12 Nov 09 – 3.5% 11 Nov 10 – 2.7% Proposed salary rates are as follows: Trainee Other Rank (Private (equivalent) to Warrant Officer Class 2 (equivalent)) Warrant Officer Class 1 (equivalent) Other Rank Appointed as Officer Officer (Second Lieutenant (equivalent) to Colonel (equivalent) Specialist Officer Chaplain Dental Legal Medical Aircrew	Proposed WRA 2009-2011
