These specified categories
are declared by the Minister for the purposes of Chapter 3 Part 5 Division
1, clause G3.75.
This Annex is based on Schedule 1 to the Military Superannuation
Benefits (Eligible Member) Declaration 2011 which was made by the Minister on
23 December 2011 and became effective on 9 January 2012.
