On 4 September 2008 the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal (DFRT) approved the establishment and placement of the other rank workforce within the Graded Other Ranks Pay Structure (GORPS).
The aim of the other ranks pay case is to placed the following the employment categories that were simple transitioned under GORPS:
The Directorate of Military Salaries and Allowances – Policy (DMSA-P) in consultation with the Services, are currently preparing a submission for consideration by DFRT. The DFRT will hear the ADF submission on 15 October 2009.
