Other ranks pay case – GORPS 09
Background On 4 September 2008 the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal (DFRT) approved the establishment and placement of the other rank workforce within the Graded Other Ranks Pay Structure (GORPS). Aim The aim of the 2009 other ranks pay case is to placed the following the employment categories that were simple transitioned under GORPS: Tri-Service ADF Investigator Physical Training Instructors Army Royal Australian Armoured Corps Royal Australian Artillery Corps Royal Australian Infantry Corps Royal Australian Corps of Transport Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps Royal Australian Engineers Air Force Air Base Protection Progress The DFRT after hearing the ADF submission, placed the above other rank employment categories with effect from 18 March 2010. Implementation Great care has been taken to ensure that each affected member has been placed correctly. Implementation on PMKeyS and ADFPAY are expected for payday 01 April 2010.	Key Information
