4.9    Purpose

1.	This is the Secretary's Instrument of Authorisation 2011/2.
2.	The Instrument sets out who is authorised to exercise certain discretions on behalf of the Secretary, dealing with overseas conditions of service under the DECA.

4.10   Secretary's Instrument of Authorisation

A copy of the Secretary's Instrument of Authorisation is located at Annex 4.C.
