Division 1: Minister's Instrument of Delegation

4.4     Purpose

1.	This is the Minister for Defence's delegation of powers to make determinations under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.
2.	The Instrument sets out who may exercise the Minister's powers and under what conditions.

A copy of the Minister's Instrument of Delegation is located at Annex 4.A.
