Subclause 14.3.22.3

In special circumstances, approve the total cost of all removal and storage costs where an employee and dependants are removed from the posting location at different times.

Paragraph 14.4.16.2.d, exception

Reduce the period an employee must have served at the posting location from 12 months, for a dependant to be eligible for return travel at Commonwealth cost.

Approve a longer period for settling in allowance, if satisfied that the employee should be allowed more time to obtain permanent accommodation.
