Clause H12 Defence
Collective Agreement 2006-2009
I, IAN JAMES WATT, Secretary of the Department of
Defence, hereby:
1. note all previous Instruments of Authorisation made by the Secretary in relation to determinations under clause H12 of the Defence Collective Agreement 2006-2009 ended on 14 August 2009;
2. authorise the persons holding, occupying, or performing the duties of the following positions to exercise, for and on my behalf, all my powers on overseas conditions of service listed in the Schedule to this Instrument and published in the Defence Pay and Conditions Manual, Overseas Conditions of Service volume, other than my power under clause 13.2.10 of that volume.
a. Head People Capability.
b. Head People Policy.
c. Director General Personnel Policy and Employment Conditions.
3. authorise the persons of the
class of persons holding, occupying, or performing the duties of a position
listed for an item in the Schedule to this Instrument to exercise for and on my
behalf the powers specified for that item.
4. declare that this Instrument of Authorisation commences on the date of signature.
