Utilities
If you occupy living-in accommodation,
you will pay a weekly contribution for power, water, heating and cooling.
You may not have to pay if
you are in one of these groups.

You are a member with dependant (unaccompanied).
·
You do not have to pay living-in accommodation
contributions.
·
You are in the field.
·
You are at sea.
If you live in a Service
residence, you will pay a weekly contribution for water.
Members with dependants
(unaccompanied) and submariners who are members without dependants can be
reimbursed for utilities in some circumstances while living out. (See 8.1,
What category are you in?)
Application to Reservists: No, except for Reservists on continuous
full-time service.
