5.12 Leave without pay to accompany spouse or interdependent partner on posting

If your spouse or interdependent partner is also a member you may be granted leave without pay, if they are posted to a different location to you.

The leave can be granted until your spouse or interdependent partner's posting ends, or until a suitable posting is found for you at the new location.

Leave without pay can affect many other conditions (see 5.11, Leave without pay).

Application to Reservists:  No, except for Reservists on continuous full-time service.
