For members of the Air Force HRAR or HRSR, with a Service Agreement. Paid on completion of 1years service in the HRR and meeting annual service agreement requirements.

Offer Scheme:  Payment of $10 000, will be paid as a completion bonus for MSI. $5,000 paid as a completion bonus for Air Force Instructor, Developer or Evaluator.

Reserve member who worked 50 or more days service.

Payment:  MSI - $27.40 p/d, Instructor, Training Developer and Training Evaluator - $13.70 p/d
