ADF – Retention and completion bonuses

Background
From time to time the ADF employs a range of selected retention and completion bonuses targeted to meet changing employment needs. These are generally short term, apply for a set period of time (2 to 5 years) and are used to overcome critical manning situations. Such bonuses have been used to provide financial incentives to assist in the retention of employment categories that are experiencing critical shortages or high separation rates. |
