'BUNGALOW TOURIST PARK' - BURRILL LAKE

Bungalow Tourist Park is situated on beautiful Burrill Lake, 5km south of Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast. We are approximately 230 km south of Sydney (a pleasant and scenic 3 hour drive from Sydney) and about 200 km east of Canberra (about 2.5 hours driving time).

'TUSCANY APARTMENTS' - MERIMBULA

Location

Tuscany Apartments are situated at Merimbula on the NSW Sapphire Coast. Located on Merimbula's picturesque Fishpen Peninsular, the apartments are bordered by the golden sands of the ocean beach on one side and the shores of Merimbula Lake on the other.

Accommodation

Accommodation consists of four x three bedroom and two x two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom units offer a master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite with toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have built-in robes and the bathroom is complete with shower/bath, vanity, toilet, laundry tub, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer. The living areas face North with a private terrace capturing morning and afternoon sun.

The three bedroom apartments offer a main bedroom situated on the mezzanine level accessed by a spiral staircase. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed, full private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. It also has its own private balcony overlooking the garden area. The second and third bedrooms contain four single beds and built-in robes. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and there is also a laundry with tub, washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. The living areas open on to a North facing balcony featuring table and chairs for alfresco dinner.

Facilities

All apartments are spacious and self-contained. The large kitchens are generously equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. The living/dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable lounges, dining suite, coffee and side tables, lamps, fan and colour TV. All apartments have pillows and blankets, however, linen, cots, folding beds, high chairs are not provided but may be hired on site. The complex is situated within large open grounds, one end of which features an 11 metre solar heated salt water swimming pool, whilst at the other end is a BBQ gazebo.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed at this establishment. However, a limited supply of boarding kennels for domestic pets are available in the area.

Tariffs

A High/Low season tariff structure applies at Tuscany. Details can be obtained by ringing the Management Team at the apartments.

Note: Occupancy is from 1400 hours on day of arrival to 0900 hours on day of departure.

Tariffs are reviewed from time to time and any variations are effective immediately.

Eligibility

All serving members of the Permanent Air Force, Regular Army, Permanent Navy and RAAFAR, adult members of the AIRTC, civilian employees of the Department of Defence and ex-members of the RAAF, Army and Navy are eligible to apply for accommodation and to have members of their family, relatives and friends accompany them.

Please note that families, relatives and friends of entitled members cannot occupy accommodation unless members accompany them.

Confirmation of Bookings

Confirmation of bookings, subject to vacancies, will be given:

a. Serving RAAF - 12 months ahead (9 months ahead for school holidays);

b. All others - 6 months in advance;

c. Weekend bookings - Wednesday prior to required booking; and

d. Short stays are subject to a minimum 2 night tariff, subject to availability.

Note: a ballot system operates in the school holidays.

HMAS ALBATROSS - NOWRA

Canberra Flats

Located within close proximity to the main gate at HMAS ALBATROSS are 6 self contained older style flats available for holiday bookings. Each unit consists of:

  • 1 queen bed and 2 king single beds;
  • lounge, dining setting, TV, DVD player, CD player, fully equipped kitchen; and
  • shared laundry.

Available to all ADF personnel and Defence civilians the cost is $45 per night or $270 per week (including one night free if booking for seven nights).

'LONG BEACH' - BATEMANS BAY

Location

Long beach is located 10 minutes north of Batemans Bay.

Accommodation

80a Sandy Place is a three bedroom duplex. The house includes TV, video, microwave, dishwasher, CD player, stereo, BBQ facilities, ceiling fans, dryer and double lockup garage. The duplex sleeps eight with two queen beds, on single, one bunk and one trundle bed.

Tariffs

A high/medium/low season tariff structure applies. Details can be obtained by ringing Advantage Holidays in Batemans Bay.

Eligibility

Those eligible to stay in the Army units are as follows:

Length of stay

To ensure a maximum number of members have the opportunity to use the park, stays are restricted to one weeks duration during the high season (see above). During all other periods there is a minimum stay of two nights required during the week, with special provisions applying for weekends. Bookings for the short stays may only be made one month in advance. Members may elect to extend their stay, if within ten days of the stay, the cabin has not been booked.

'SEVEN MILE BEACH HOLIDAY PARK’ - GERROA

Location

Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park is located on the Kiama Coast at Gerroa.

Facilities

Boasting two resort style swimming pools (one heated) and private access to the beach, the park offers a variety of activities for the whole family, including 'Kids Club', games room, playgrounds, gas barbecues and many more features.
There are two Army cabins at Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park. Each two bedroom cabin sleeps up to five people, is fully self-contained and has a balcony with an outdoor setting, sink and barbecue.

A high and low season tariff structure applies. Details can be obtained by ringing the Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park.
