People in Defence (PDF, 2MB)
People in Defence contains a detailed vision of what success in Defence people capability space will look like by 2015. It aims to start a dialogue surrounding this vision.
Between now and April 2010, People Strategies and Policy Group will enable many of these conversations with the aim of generating a consensus on Defence's definition of 'success' and providing real targets for Defence leaders and people professionals to start working towards.
People in Defence is the blueprint to guide the actions of Defence leaders and people professionals to build the people capability required to achieve Force 2030.

Defence Health Service (DHS). It consists of articles written
by health professionals that are relevant to the Australian
Defence Force (ADF).

matters defence family matters is the newsletter for Australian
Defence Force families.
Defence Personnel
Environment Scan 2025
The Defence Personnel Environment Scan 2025 is a comprehensive
report assessing the internal and external environments
affecting Defence personnel well into the future. The document
serves as a first step to address the White Paper themes
in order that the Defence People Plan, the Defence Workforce
Plan and Service Personnel Plans take into account key demographic,
workplace, and socio-economic trends.
Pay and Conditions publications
The Pay and Conditions Internet site includes various publications including the ADF Pay and Conditions Manual, ADF
Workplace Remuneration Arrangement 2009-11, the Defence Collective Agreement (DeCA) 2006-2009 and the Member's
Guide to ADF Pay and Conditions of Service.
