Ground Telecommunication Equipment Systems Program Office (GTESPO) invites interested companies to attend an Industry Briefing on a number of upcoming opportunities that are due for release in 2009.
Air Traffic Control Command, Control and Communication (ATCC3) Contract Reform involves the consolidation of a number of contracted and ad-hoc arrangements that currently support the ATCC3 systems. The brief will cover the new procurement strategy and detail the first consolidated tender package which is due for release to industry in early February 09.
The Mobile Control and Reporting Centre (MCRC) is a deployable air battle management system managed by GTESPO. The MCRC is currently deployed in support of Australian forces overseas and is expected to return to Australia in the fourth quarter of 2009. Upon return the equipment will require refurbishment to restore the capability to a pre-deployment state. The brief will cover the anticipated work effort and associated timeframes.

10:00 – 11:00 ATCC3 Contract Reform
11:00 – 12:00 Discussions/ questions
12:00 – 13:00 Time available for lunch and or further discussions
13:00 – 14:00 MCRC refurbishment
14:00 – 15:00 Discussions
The briefing will be held at Newcastle Diggers (Mayfield Ex-Services Club) at 58 Hanbury St Mayfield in the Grand Ballroom commencing at 10am on 10 February 2009.
