The Company ScoreCard and 360° View ScoreCard programs, have been introduced to monitor, assess, record and report the performance of Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) contracts. The main objective of ScoreCards is to improve the overall performance of DMO contract delivery through Executive exposure of contract performance and increased dialogue between DMO and its significant contractors.

The Company ScoreCard Program is a system that enables the DMO to assess the performance of its significant prime and sub contractors, against 8 categories, particularly in the critical areas of Technical Performance, Cost and Schedule. The Company Scorecard, which identifies a company's past contract performance, is also used to inform future source selection decisions.

The 360° View ScoreCard is a program introduced to enable industry to monitor and assess the DMO's contract performance, particularly in the area of Requirements and Contract Management. The 360°View ScoreCard informs the DMO Executive of industry's perception of project office performance, which will contribute to contract and project performance improvement in the DMO.
