The Company ScoreCard and 360° View ScoreCard programs report the performance of Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) contracts. The programs seek to  improve the overall performance of DMO contract delivery through Executive exposure of contract performance and increased dialogue between DMO and its significant contractors.

The Company ScoreCard Program is a system that enables the DMO to assess the performance of its most significant prime and sub contractors, against nine categories, particularly in the critical areas of Technical Performance, Cost and Schedule. The Company Scorecard, which identifies a company's past contract performance, is also used to inform future source selection decisions.

The 360° View ScoreCard Program enables industry to monitor and assess the DMO's own performance as a contract manager. These results inform the DMO Executive of industry's perception of project office performance, contributing to performance improvement in the DMO.
