DMO SUPPORT SERVICES (DMOSS) PANEL
Tendering for Inclusion on the DMOSS Panel
The ongoing DMOSS Refresh process is aimed at ensuring that new skill sets and panellists are able to be considered for inclusion in DMOSS on an ‘as-required’ basis, while still ensuring that the DMOSS Panel delivers value for money outcomes. These combined aims are directed at ensuring that DMO and Defence, and Industry/Business, are appropriately responsive to the rapidly evolving Defence Support Services Industry environment beyond 2010.
The Ongoing Adhoc DMOSS RFT R001A package is available through the DMOSS website for download at any time. The downloadable DMOSS RFT R001A package is effectively the same package as the DMOSS RFT R001 in content and completion requirements. Except that it can be now be submitted as either hard copy or an electronic database It is the PDF RFT documents with the Tender Response Wizard (TRW) database.
The same evaluation criteria, process and negotiation restrictions will apply, as per R001. The Commonwealth will respond to companies as soon as practicable but certainly within the tender validity period.
If the Commonwealth requires new skill sets, then an approach to the market through AusTender will occur with RFT R002, R003, etc. as required for the additional discrete skill set. That skill set will subsequently to the open tender package for download as required by new companies.
