General Conditions of Quotation (Form AC565) and General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Goods and Repair Services (Form SP020)

Effective July 2010

The AC565 and SP020 forms include the attached General Conditions and are designed for use when undertaking Simple Procurements.

The AC565 and SP020 forms should only be used when undertaking procurements which are for firm price, commercially available goods and repair services, where the risk to the Commonwealth is low and where the time frame for delivery is short.
