Senior Executive Employment

Dr Stephen Gumley, the Chief Executive Officer of the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO), is continuing to build a team of exceptional leaders to drive change and lead the DMO to new levels of excellence in equipping and sustaining the Australian Defence Force.

The DMO is undertaking a significant change management program and seeks dynamic creative and innovative people to drive the change initiative. Ideal candidates will have a track record of achievement, industry recognised professional skills and qualifications and an interest in developing strong relationships with Government, The Australian Defence Force and Industry.

The DMO is looking for leaders with extensive experience working in or with the industry who have strong engineering or commercial backgrounds. Many of the leadership positions present unique opportunities to lead geographically spread and diverse work teams, manage multi-million dollar budgets and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects in acquiring or sustaining equipment for the ADF.
