DMO and Design WorkDMO predominately does not do hands on design or engineering work. These activities are mainly done by companies contracted by DMO, in some instances DMO will undertake hands on design and engineering work.
Examples:
- ADI Ltd have been contracted to manufacture the Infantry Mobility Vehicle (IMV) (known as Bushmaster) for the Army.

Are you entering your last year of a degree in:
- Accounting

More things to think about
Are you willing to:
- obtain a RESTRICTED security clearance?
- undergo a medical clearance?
- start your first work experience in early January 2009?
- if necessary, travel to participate in the work experience sessions?
Then the Materiel Cadetship Scheme might be for you.
You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible to commence the Materiel Cadetship Scheme. If you are not an Australian citizen at the time of applying, you will need to provide evidence that you will become an Australian citizen by early January 2009.
