Business and Corporate Services
An intelligence organisation cannot function to its full potential without the support of quality staff working in a range of areas. Regardless of what area our Business and Corporate Services team work in, they all contribute to the important work produced by DIO.
Financial Management
Our financial management team work in a challenging environment and are responsible for preparing financial reports for senior management, processing financial data, preparing and auditing travel-related expenses, managing invoices for commercial suppliers and other ad hoc duties.
Information Management
Our information management team plays an essential role in the intelligence mission by organising, retrieving, acquiring and maintaining critical information resources for DIO intelligence requirements. This requires managing information from a huge range of sources and in a number of formats such as data, printed documents, electronic documents, audio and video, and making these accessible through multiple channels.
Branch Administration
Positions in this area require a variety of project management, communication and organisational skills, and can involve planning and scheduling meetings both internally, nationally and overseas, organising and maintaining printed and electronic files, conducting research and managing projects. Each day will be different, bringing with it new challenges.
Psychologists
DIO employs psychologists to engage in a broad range of assessment, consultation, counselling and training activities. Their primary role is to help colleagues with the unique challenges of working within DIO.
