SHOME Tool |
AMIP has reviewed a software package that was developed by a contractor on behalf of the UK Civil Aviation Authority. In conjunction with the associated questionnaires, the software package provides a tool that is capable of being consistently applied by different units, with sufficient sensitivity, so that over time it can measure improvements (or otherwise) generated by the introduction of human factors and safety management programs. A review of the SHOME Tool is attached. If you would like to commence using SHOME within your unit or company, please contact the AMIP team so that we can send you a copy of the software and the user manual. |
