ADF Senior Design Engineer Symposium

ADF Senior Design Engineer Symposium - 2010
The ADF Senior Design Engineers Symposium provides a valuable opportunity for SDEs in the ADF’s aviation community to discuss issues relevant to the integrity of State aircraft and the ADF technical airworthiness regulatory environment. This page provides information on the Senior Design Engineer (SDE) Symposium.
Introduction	DGTA conducts an annual SDE Symposium. The next symposium will be held in March or April 2010 at RAAF Base Williams, Melbourne.
Registration	Nominations for the 2010 SDE Symposium are currently closed. When nominating, provide the following information for each person attending the Symposium to the Symposium Coordinator at sde.symposium@defence.gov.au: name; PMKeyS number (if applicable); contact details (email, telephone, fax, mobile); AEO (please also include sponsor AEO if from a Commercial AEO); current level of EA (or planned EA for 2010); any special dietary requirements; intention to stay on base accommodation or not (participants must organise their own travel and accommodation); and intention to attend the Symposium Dinner and if you have any special dietary requirements.
Closing Date for Registration	Closing date for nominations will be provided in 2010.
Course Venue/Location	The Symposium is normally held at RAAF Williams (Laverton) at the Base Cinema.
Time	Start and completion times will be notified in 2010.
Cost	The cost of travel, accommodation and incidentals are the responsibility of the attendee's organisation. Registration for the SDE Symposium is free.
General	General information will be provided in 2010.
Symposium Dinner	Dinner requirements will be provided in 2010.
Dress	For the dinner, neat casual attire meeting Officers’ Mess dress standards. Coat & tie optional.
Accommodation	Accommodation requirements will be provided in 2010.
