What is the Role of Counsel Representing and right to legal support?
Where the President decides that ADF personnel may be affected by a CDF Commission of Inquiry or a Board of Inquiry, that person is entitled to appear before the inquiry and has the right to legal representation by an ADF legal officer free of charge. These legal officers are called Counsel Representing.
