Procurement of Additional Missile Section Spares was initially delayed due to US FMS contracting issues. Delivery of all Additional Missile Section Spares has been completed with the last items receipted into inventory mid-June 2014. Additionally establishment of the In-Service Support arrangements are outstanding. FMS Case AT-P-GTN accepted in December 2013 for Initial Weapon Control System Software and Services but supporting commercial arrangements have lagged. These are expected to be in place by late 2014.
