Corrections to the Defence Annual Report 2003-04

All corrections to the 2003-04 Defence Annual Report will be tabled in the 2004-05 Defence Annual Report.

Approved Medium Capital Facilities Projects

Table 4.8 - Status of Proposed Medium Capital Facilities Projects on page 254 incorrectly referred to the Watsonia regional training facility as being located in the Federal Victorian electorate of Jagaga. It should read Jagajaga.

Continued Commitment to High Priority People Initiatives

Table 5.20 - High Priority People Initiatives on page 284 contained an incorrect value for the variation between the total funding allocated for high priority people initiatives and actual expenditure. For 2003-04, the total variation for approved projects was $7.742m.

Advertising and Market Research

The columns in Table 7.22 - Total Advertising and Market Research Expenditure by Type of Agency on page 472 were incorrectly designated with the monetary value of $'000. The correct designation was $.
