Military Instructor BONUS WITHDRAWAL

The military instructor bonus will be withdrawn from offer in June 2010.

The bonus was introduced in 2005 and has been successful in raising the profile of training instructors in Training Command establishments.

The roll-out of the Adaptive Army concept means that it will no longer be necessary to offer this bonus as Army's training moves away from a separation between individual and collective training responsibilities.

The 1RTB bonus will continue to be offered until 2011.
