The Critical Employment Category Retention Bonus (CECRB) will end 30 June 2009

The Critical Employment Category Retention Bonus (CECRB) was introduced in December 2006 to encourage the retention of members and reduce shortfalls in critical trades within Army.

The CECRB was a short term measure until other major career and remuneration reforms were put in place.

No further offers of a CECRB will be made.

From pay day 11 Jun 09 for ARA and Aug 2009 ARes will be receiving the GORPS payments.

The Trade Transfer Bonus Scheme will be withdrawn from offer 30 June 2010.
The Trade Transfer Bonus Scheme was introduced in 2006 to encourage soldiers to transfer from non-technical trades within Army to technical trades that were becoming critical.
Soldiers who trade transfer from non-technical trades to technical trades prior to 30 June 2010 will still be eligible for the attraction bonus and one year bonus.

The Military Instructor Bonus will be withdrawn from offer in June 2010.
The bonus was introduced in 2005 and has been successful in raising the profile of training instructors in Training Command establishments.
The roll-out of the Adaptive Army concept means that it will no longer be necessary to offer this bonus as Army's training moves away from a separation between individual and collective training responsibilities.
The 1RTB bonus will continue to be offered until 2011.
