CO's Perspective

Army is establishing 12 Army Personnel Coordination Detachments (APCD) inside select ADF Transition Centre's (ADFTC) which process Army personnel. Each APCD will be staffed by an ARA Major and an ARes WO1. SCMA is asking interested Warrant Officer Class Ones whose education, training and experience is suited to this specific appointments. Suitable WO1s will be appointed under the Prescribed Service Officer Commissioning scheme (PSO) to the rank of MAJ for a Fixed Period of Service (FPS)after which members are to transfer to the ARes.More information is available on this page under Career Management Informantion.

PARS are now due at SCMA. PARs are required to be submitted to SCMA in both hard copy (complete with signatures) and electronically via email to:

QUE SCMA PAR@defence.gov.au.

PARs which arrive at SCMA that are either incomplete or contain errors can not be actioned and will be returned to the Unit highlighting the areas requiring attention. It is in your interest to ensure PARs are complete and submitted on time as follows.
